Pineknotter Days

The 49th Annual Pineknotter Days Craft, Flea, & Antique Show Monday July 4th, 2022 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Spaces will be 10’ x 12’ at a cost of $35.00 per space, non-refundable. The committee will assign spaces. Due to handicapped parking accessibility, some spaces will no longer be available on 2nd Street near Epler Funeral Home (both sides of the street). You will be re-assigned space(s) as applications come in. King St. is being extended out toward 3rd Street and if necessary, 2nd St. toward Queen St. Exhibitors must remain for the entire show. No electricity, tables, or chairs are provided. Canopies are permitted. If you have two canopies, that will be considered two spaces. All applications must be received by June 04, 2022 and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis until filled. Set up time will be 6:30 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Only exhibitors with an assigned space number placed on their windshield will be admitted the day of the show. You will receive a map showing your space number and location, which also includes the traffic patterns for easy accessibility to your space. Exhibitors will unload their vehicles and remove them from the area for the day. At 3:00 p.m. you will disassemble your stand first and return with your vehicle. The traffic patterns you used when entering in the morning applies. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE STREET UNTIL 3:00 P.M. VENDORS WHO DO NOT COMPLY, WILL NOT BE INVITED TO FUTURE SHOWS. Exhibitors may not sell any type of food, except specialty items. Refreshments & Chicken Barbecue will be available for purchase. We assume (Pineknotter Days) assume you (the Exhibitor) are in full compliance with all legal requirements.
